DESIGNING NETWORKS HAS NEVER BEEN SO SIMPLE

Piping design is usually a complex process because you need to consider the configuration of the pipe itself, its protection, as well as its interdependence with other pipelines and tanks. Thanks to SYNCOPEX solutions, the design phase is very simple and limited to:

• proper selection of working pipelines according to heat demand and amount of hot water (according to our tables in the Offer tab) and completing a set of connectors and accessories,
• defining the shortest route of the pipeline,
• determining the elevation of pipelines foundation with minimal soil covering – layer min. 50 cm.

In the design of the installation, both linear losses, i.e. pressure losses along the length of the pipe, as well as local losses caused by an obstacle in the pipeline should be taken into account. For loss of pressure in sections of variable shape and fittings it is necessary to add 4% to the pressure loss in the pipe circuit. This method is acceptable when pipe dimensioning is within the optimal range.
